Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn footwear back in its original packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
